Details
National park Krka is a natural and karst phenomenon and is the most visited park in Primorska Croatia. It is located in central Dalmatia in the Šibensko- Kninska county.
The river Krka flows over travertine barriers that create waterfalls and is partly lakebed in the karst. There are seven travertine waterfalls on the Krka river, the most famous among them is Skradinski buk. Other highlights include the small island of Visovac and Roski Slap waterfall.
